Plumber Coverage Around Palo Alto: Neighborhoods, Nearby Towns and ZIP Codes
You want to know whether a plumber will come to your street before you pick up the phone. This page lists the neighborhoods and ZIP codes we cover, points to nearby towns that have pages here but are not on our coverage list, and explains how we confirm an address on the call.

Pick your Palo Alto neighborhood page or just call
Each page below covers the plumbing problems and local agencies that matter in that part of town. If your street is not named, the whole of Palo Alto is still covered. Pick the closest neighborhood, or just call.

Treat the list as a guide to the area, not a promise about one address. A ZIP on it means we are likely to reach you, and the street address on the call settles it.
ZIP 94305, which covers Stanford, is not on the list. We name it so nobody assumes it is included.
Palo Alto and East Palo Alto: counties, water and sewer agencies
San Francisquito Creek is also the line between two counties and two sets of utilities. Knowing which side you are on tells you who to call about the street while we deal with the house.
| Palo Alto | East Palo Alto | |
|---|---|---|
| County | Santa Clara | San Mateo |
| Water | City of Palo Alto Utilities, buying from SFPUC | The city system run by Veolia for about 80% of connections, or one of two mutual water companies |
| Sewer | City of Palo Alto, under Rule and Regulation 23 | East Palo Alto Sanitary District |
| Street-side water problem | The utility's 24-hour line, (650) 329-2579 | Your supplier. The city lists Veolia at (650) 322-2083 |
Our East Palo Alto page explains how to tell which water company sends your bill.
Nearby towns with local pages: call to check your address
These eight towns are close, and each has a page of local plumbing information. A page here is not a promise of service, so call with the address and we say whether a visit is possible.

Plumbing in BelmontHow we confirm your street address before sending a plumber
- You call. For genuine emergencies, call right away: how soon a plumber can arrive depends on the service, your area and plumber availability.
- We take the street address and ZIP. A ZIP code on its own does not settle coverage, so the street matters.
- We send a plumber or tell you plainly. If the address is covered, a plumber serving your area is sent. If not, you hear it on the first call.
Not sure your street is covered? Call and ask.
Call (833) 840-2034Service area questions: Stanford, ZIP codes and neighborhoods
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Palo Alto, including the Professorville, Crescent Park, Midtown and Barron Park neighborhoods, and East Palo Alto. Our coverage follows six ZIP codes: 94301, 94302, 94303, 94304, 94306 and 94309.
Do you serve Stanford?
ZIP code 94305, which covers Stanford, is not on our coverage list, so we do not list it as covered. Call with the address and we will tell you plainly.
My neighborhood is not listed. Do you still cover it?
Possibly. The neighborhood pages are examples, not the limit. If your address is in one of our six ZIP codes, we can send a plumber. We confirm the street on the call.
Menlo Park has a page here. Does that mean you cover it?
No. The page is local plumbing information. Coverage follows ZIP codes, and none of Menlo Park's are on our list, so being close to a covered area does not make a town covered.
Do you serve Mountain View, Los Altos or Redwood City?
Those towns have pages here, but their ZIP codes are not on our verified list. Call with the address and we tell you whether a visit is possible.
Do the same plumbers serve both sides of the creek?
Calls from Palo Alto and East Palo Alto are answered by us, and a plumber serving your area is sent.
Not sure your Palo Alto street is covered? Call with it
Call and give us the address. We will confirm it on the first call, and tell you straight away if it falls outside the area.
